Just blogging myself a bit recently, been working on a tune and its a rare occasion that I get a semi decent composition with a good (ish) mix down. Enjoy the tune, we'll be happy to hand out 320's on request but I'm not making this one instantly downloadable as I feel it may have some potential.

I would say in terms of the mix the mids/wobble is too loud, kinda grates after a while on the ears. turning it down a db or so would help ro give the hats and snare a bit more room, as I feel theyre kinda suffocating at the top. the snare especially.
ReplyDeletebut, despite that criticism, its really not a bad mix. the bass is sittig fine around the kicks, and thats normally what people struggle with!
I liked the track a lot, nice drum programming.
